Helen recently posted the following on LinkedIn which attracted over 240,000 views. This shows how much of an issue bullying is.

It is 3 years since my Employment Tribunal case against my former employers. It was not just winning that was important, it was standing up against the curse of bullying within the legal profession. Not only did I survive, I have thrived and now have my own firm. Not everyone is as fortunate as me. I have and will continue to dedicate time to raising awareness and to trying to help to bring about change in law firm culture. I cannot say it better, so I will quote Maya Angelou's "Still I rise"

"You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise."
